Dayton2 is a 3-mile super speedway with 3 corners and a 65 MPH speed limit on pit road. The league competed at Dayton2 for the first time during the 2003 season. Since its league debut, the track has hosted 5 races in 3 series. As a member of the super speedway group, Dayton2 always features close competition due to the drafting effect between cars. With the power of draft, even the fastest drivers rarely pull more than a car length away from their nearest foes. Such close quarters, however, come with inevitable risk: no veteran of Dayton2 has managed to avoid "the big one" at some point in their career. The constant danger of a huge pileup remains one of the most feared aspect of the high speeds at this track. |
