Times for Pole at talladega?

Ok guys, what lap time do i need to shoot for to grab the Pole at talladega?? And one more question,...someone told me that if you soften all four springs way down it will make me faster in clean air because it sets the car down lower in the turns,...Is that true???

I know it works for trucks there, I am not sure about stock cars. It would not hurt to try that though.

Ok then, I'll give it a try,..but what about what lap time i need to run to grab the Pole at Tally,...IRF stats say 47.972,..gee i wonder whos lap time that is,..lol, is that what i need to shoot for?
