I've been doing a lot of work. Totally redid my living room from floor to ceiling, then started re roofing my house etc., which should be done by tommorow. I thought about kicking around trucks, but was disappointed by a bad download by NHRL that requires going elsewhere for a fix.....

Its the same as its always been,Lepage....when u install it, it automatically puts a shortcut on your desktop,but when u click on it,
you get this.......

just place the splash screen from any other mod into ur cts folder. Just make sure the file looks like this:

spl_scr

when you click the exe it will show whatever mods splash screen you used but it will load the cts mod

Funny, I've never had that problem. and I've installed the cts mod a few times.

The link Speedy referred to solves the problem fine, and you still get cts spash screen. Thx Speedy.

well i thought i stated in 2nd sentence of my post that if you put another aplash screen in it would solve that

If you use the .exe file included with install file without placing a splash screen file in the cts folder it will error out. (The shortcut put on the desktop during install links to this add-on exe file.)

If you are using a mod launcher or a NHeat.exe shortcut file like most of us at NHRL and in the Heat Community then you will not experience this problem...

Your welcome,Groverhardt! BTW..if you want to make your own Splash screen like this...

Just resize a nice picture of your truck or whatever u want to 510x385, add a title/banner line to it and save it as a .BMP file. Then rename that BMP file to SPL_SCR (without BMP suffix !) and copy it to your mod's main folder! Was it that easy,you ask? Well....Did the little piggy really cry whee whee whee all the way home?
